happy anniversary! how was the cake? when we tried eating ours last year, we had to throw it out. it was so freezer burnt and yucky. i think it had been defrosted and refrosted a few times during the move cross country! ah well, it's the thought that counts! ;) hope you two had a lovely day.
Hi y'all. Thanks for the congrats. Elizabeth, if you talk to your mom sometime soon, please tell her the cake was almost as good a year later as it was for the wedding. The frosting was so thick the cake itself was actually still moist and quite yummy.
Lau, happy anniversary yourself! ;-) We did have a wonderful day. Went to the Driskill hotel (where we stayed last year) for brunch, walked the mall in hopes of enticing Mr. Miles out, watched a movie, ate cake and were generally snuggly. A perfect day, actually. Enjoy yours!
